We hereby inform you how we handle your personal data that we collect and store as part of the contractual relationship. Personal data is information that relates to your person and can lead to your identification:

The data is used for the execution of a brokerage contract, i.e. for the verification / brokerage of rental and purchase contracts for real estate, for inclusion in the customer file for sending exposés, newsletters, etc. and for the execution of management contracts and rental contracts. The data processing is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.

Data required to identify the parties (first and last name, residential and, if applicable, business address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, marital status, proof of earnings, proof of financing, profession/employer) are recorded. In addition, any new data is recorded (contract amendments, payments).

Duken & v. Wangenheim AG and Duken & v. Wangenheim GmbH jointly process the data collected.

The data is transmitted in whole or in part to the following persons:
Lawyers, tax consultants, internal processing, independent sales staff / companies, landlords, owners, notaries, prospective tenants / buyers, architects, metering service providers, external accountants, brokerage software house, craft firms, Duken & v. Wangenheim GmbH.

Storage of the data

The data will be stored, supplemented and updated for as long as required by the purpose for which the personal data was collected and as requested by you, provided that there are no legal obligations to the contrary, such as retention obligations under the Money Laundering Act (5 years), commercial law (6 years) or tax law (10 years) or the Real Estate Agent and Property Developer Ordinance (5 years).

Your rights

You have the right to request information about your data stored by us at any time. In the event that this data has been stored incorrectly or incompletely, you have the right to request rectification or erasure.

You may request the restriction of processing if you dispute the accuracy of the data collected, the processing is unlawful or the purpose of the processing has been fulfilled.

If your personal data is processed for a specific purpose on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time; however, the data processing remains lawful until you withdraw your consent.
You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time; processing will then no longer take place.

You have the right to have the data you have provided to the controller transferred to a third party.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of the data concerning you is unlawful.

The source of the data is e.g.: the party itself, real estate portals, homepage, telephone information, written or e-mail contact, contact provider, self-disclosure.
